Hi, I’m ORSI – yoga teacher, wellness guide, and lifelong student of the mind-body connection.
My journey with yoga began over a decade ago in Madrid with a hot Bikram class that left me feeling both energized and at peace—something no other form of movement had ever given me. At first, yoga was purely physical. But everything changed in 2019 when I traveled to India for a meditation retreat. That experience cracked something open in me. I returned home with a deep desire to live more consciously, to understand myself better, and to truly care for my body and mind.
That desire led me to explore yoga beyond the mat. I immersed myself in the wisdom of Ayurveda, studied nutrition, and committed to daily practices that supported not just my physical health, but also my emotional and mental well-being. My curiosity and passion took me to Bali, where I completed my yoga teacher training and deepened my understanding of yogic philosophy, anatomy, and self-awareness.
Over the years, yoga has become my foundation—a space where I reconnect, reflect, and realign. Through consistent practice, I’ve learned to truly listen to my body, calm my mind, and live in alignment with my values. I’ve let go of perfectionism, comparison, and self-doubt. And I’ve grown a deep trust in the healing power of simple, daily rituals.
Now, I guide others on their path—sharing not only yoga, but also holistic tools from Ayurveda, breathwork, and mindful living. Whether you're just beginning or returning to yourself, I’m here to support you with warmth, compassion, and practical knowledge.
